This programme is suitable for new mothers between 6 weeks post normal vaginal delivery or 12 weeks post cesarean delivery. Mummies with any postnatal conditions should consult your obstetrician before doing any postnatal exercises.

The journey has been rough and we understand the struggles in dealing with newborns while trying to nurse your tired body back to the pink of health.

Take it easy on yourself and spare an hour each week for 8 weeks to devote the time to your mind and body and learn how to strengthen your body and calm your mind.

Course commences from 19 Apr to 14 Jun, every Wed, 11am to 12pm.
