An Invitation to Begin This National Day
1 – 31 Aug 2026
You only need a place to begin.
Perhaps you have been thinking about starting. But when life is already full, even beginning something good can feel like another decision to make.
You do not need a perfect routine. You do not need to know which class is right for you. You only need a place to begin.
As Singapore turns 61, first-time visitors can enjoy 10 consecutive days of unlimited regular classes for only S$61.
Come once. Return when your body asks for movement, or when the week has left a little too much to carry. Try different classes, meet different teachers, and allow your own rhythm to take shape.
Your 10 days begin from your first class. Available for purchase from 1 to 31 August 2026.
For first-time visitors to Yoga Seeds only.

*Fridays at the Shala series: Open to members with a valid pass
Join Wendy for a 90-minute practice that blends Yoga and Taichi-inspired movement, rooted in the qualities of the Water element from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This session explores the balance between strength and fluidity — moving with both intention and softness. Through slow, breath-led sequences and circular, wave-like motion, you’ll build inner stability while learning to release tension and move with ease. The practice supports not just physical well-being, but also helps cultivate smoother Qi flow — promoting better energy circulation throughout the body.
Guided by the wisdom of the Water element, this class invites you to move in a way that feels calm, connected, and grounded, while nourishing your internal energy system.
2 Hours · Prāṇāyāma · Vinyasa · Meditation
Go beyond the usual 60-minute class and experience a complete 2-hour morning practice.
*Yoga Seeds Members may book this ticketed event using two credits. Whatsapp us to redeem.
Every session begins with 30 minutes of Prāṇāyāma and meditation, creating space to settle, focus and connect with the breath, before moving into 90 minutes of immersive Vinyasa practice.
Each practice explores a different theme, offering the time and space to go deeper into movement, breath, transitions, sequencing and meditation.
In this module, we explore the principles behind effective Vinyasa sequences that help students unlock their potential when it comes to challenging postures. Ignite your creativity as you explore different pathways and methods to sequence your Vinyasa class. Led by Teacher Trainers and Vinyasa Flow enthusiasts Joanne Ang & Meiyan Cheong.
