EVENTS
As the year comes to a close, let us prepare for a more inward and contemplative practice. In this 2.5-hour mindfulness circle, allow Kim to hold space for you as you explore mindfulness techniques to prepare for an intentional new beginning in the coming year. Kim will guide you through various calming, grounding and reflective practices that could be helpful in shaping a daily routine for yourself in the New Year ahead.
This practice combines Pranayama, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. There will be time and space for journalling and sharing.
This New Year’s Eve, let us take the time to rest, reflect and set new intentions with gratitude. In this 90min session, treat yourself to a 75min immersive Sound Bath that you can choose to enjoy in Savasana or seated, followed by pranayama and meditation to close the practice.
With the use of musical intervals, mindful combinations across different instruments, and her warm and soothing vocals, join Meiyan in exploration of the beautiful and introspective effects of sound. She invites you to take this moment to pause, find stillness, and listen.
This New Year’s Day, let us begin the year with both intention and fire while allowing our movements to be led by devotion - to ourselves, to our practice, and to the Divine.
Join Meiyan as she guides you through 108 cycles of the Gayatri Mantra while you move to its sound vibrations. In ancient traditions, Gayatri mantra is chanted in devotion to the nourishing sun that connects us all, and also represents new beginnings and new opportunities.
