Nada in Sanskrit refers to sound, tone or vibration. The intention of this class is to explore both dynamic and intuitive movement through the guidance of external sound from music or mantras, woven together into a dance of mindful movement. Join Meiyan in this extended 90-minute practice as you allow movement, music and your breath to guide you into a space of stillness as we close practice with sound meditation.

In Embracing Imperfections, a watercolour workshop with local artist Angeline Chia, we’ll explore the art of letting go and finding peace in life’s uncertainties. This creative journey invites us to embrace spontaneity, celebrate imperfections, and uncover calm through artistic expression.
We’ll begin with an introduction to simple watercolour techniques, focusing on the wet-on-wet method, where pigments blend and flow freely. Using natural elements like leaves and flowers as inspiration, we’ll create a larger piece, incorporating free-flowing brushstrokes to allow colours to merge naturally.
