This class is open to all levels, and teachers may include workshop time to experiment with new postures.

Flow

Benefits: Exploration of deeper poses and transitions, improves stamina, strength and flexibilityFlow is a dynamic vinyasa-based practice. The intention of this class is to connect breath with movement for the practitioner to explore rhythm and fluidity through mindful transitions.
This class is open to all levels, and options may be provided for regular practitioners to work on arm balances and inversions. -
Alignment

Benefits: Gain body and breath awareness, builds foundational understandingAlignment is a foundational practice focusing on safe alignment for your unique body. The intention of this class is for the practitioner to gain a clearer understanding of how to safely set up for postures and find stability in them.
This class is open to all levels, and is a great place to start if you are new to yoga.

Nada Flow

Benefits: Exploration of free movement, improves synchronisation of breath, body and soundNada in Sanskrit refers to sound, tone or vibration. The intention of this class is to explore both dynamic and intuitive movement through the guidance of external sound from music or mantras, woven together into a dance of mindful movement.
This class is open to all levels, and closes with sound meditation.

Ashtanga

Benefits: Improves focus, discipline, strength, stability and staminaAshtanga is a traditional vinyasa-based fixed sequence. The intention of this class is to integrate three fundamental elements: breath (pranayama), energetic locks (bandha) and gaze (drishti). This invigorating practice covers the fundamental standing sequence, selected seated and closing postures of the Primary series.
This class is recommended for practitioners with a vinyasa flow practice.

Universal Yoga

This 90min class is recommended for practitioners with a vinyasa flow practice, and may be conducted in a cross-mat format.

The intention of this class is to help you find nourishing movement, ease in your body, relaxation in the mind and connection with your baby through a combination of gentle flow movements and restful seated postures.
This class is open to all levels, and will equip you with any necessary modifications to support you in other class types through your pregnancy.

Yin

Benefits: Relaxation of mind and nervous systemYin is a grounding practice comprising long holds in restful postures. The intention of this class is to target the connective tissues, joints and ligaments within the body while slowing down the mind to restore energetic balance. You are welcome to three different Yin experiences: Sound (through singing bowls and chimes), Nidra (40min Yin, 20min Yoga Nidra), and MFR (myofascial release).
This class is open to all levels.
