Phoenix Breathwork is a deeply immersive and transformative experience designed to connect you with your unconscious mind, allowing you to rewrite limiting patterns and beliefs. Using conscious connected breathing, participants are guided through a profound journey of self-exploration. The session features silent disco headsets, delivering live instructions through a specially curated soundscape and hypnotic language, enhancing the depth of the experience by tapping into the power of suggestion and the subconscious mind.

This 2-day intensive training led by James McCauley is designed for coaches, therapists, wellness facilitators, and health practitioners who want to add breathwork and NLP techniques to their professional toolkit. This is also a Yoga Alliance certified CET.
