Aldys Kong
Yoga Teacher,
Retreat Leader

Aldys picked up yoga in 2014 as a complementary exercise to her usual running and cycling routine as it helped her her slow down, build strength and improve her range of motion & flexibility. As she deepened her regular practice over the years and began learning more about mindfulness and yoga philosophy, she began to notice positive changes in her approach to life. Naturally, she grew to appreciate yoga beyond its physical benefits and found herself increasingly curious about the practice.

She then went on the journey to deepen her holistic knowledge of yoga through her very first 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training. Her curiosity didn't stop there, and she went on to explore Wheel Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Adaptive Chair Yoga, and eventually completed her 300-hr Advanced Teacher Training with Yoga Seeds. She hasn't looked back since!

Yoga has proven to be a practice that is beneficial to Aldys, both in body and mind. She wishes to share her knowledge and practice with her students in hopes that the practice can benefit people in a meaningful way, just as it has for her. Her passion for inclusivity in yoga shines through in her classes, which are a delightful combination of accessible, strong, and fun.
