Kerin has always loved yoga for the calming effect it has on her after each practice. When her consistent yoga practice brought her a significant improvement in her strength and flexibility, this piqued her curiosity to learn more about the philosophy and theory behind the ancient Science of Yoga. She decided to take up the Yoga Teacher Training course with Yoga Seeds, and hasn't looked back since.

The knowledge she gained opened up a whole new world and now, to Kerin, Yoga is so much more than a physical practice. She has learned to take its philosophy off of her mat and recognise that Yoga is a mindset and tool which empowers her to achieve strength, flexibility and balance in life, all through consistent practice.

Trained in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Adaptive Chair yoga, she teaches in a variety of ways to bring yoga to her students. Kerin believes that yoga is for everyone and seeks to share and teach yoga in line with the abilities and needs of the individual - and she has fun exploring options for everyone! Her positive energy and nurturing guidance in class encourages you to explore the boundaries of your practice - and to just keep trying.
