Pregnancy is a beautiful time of transition and transformation for you and your little one. Let us at Yoga Seeds guide you home to nature in our garden yoga sanctuary, where we provide you with a safe space to nourish your body, heart, and soul with mindful movement and breathwork.

Our Prenatal Yoga classes are designed to encourage connection with yourself and with baby. If you are new to Yoga Seeds, you are welcome to join us for a complimentary prenatal yoga class to experience calm, peace and balance. We can't wait to meet you and your little one.

About The Practice

  • Prenatal Yoga is a special experience incorporating yoga postures to support expecting practitioners in the pregnancy journey, labour and postpartum recovery.

  • The intention of this class is to help you find nourishing movement, ease in your body, relaxation in the mind and connection with your baby through a combination of gentle flow movements and restful seated postures.

  • You will learn simple pelvic floor exercises that you can practice on your own to aid in a functional birth and postpartum recovery

  • Walk away from each practice feeling refreshed - both from the practice and from being in nature

  • Experience the connection with our Prenatal Yoga community - you are in this journey with many other strong women

  • This class is open to all levels, and will equip you with any necessary modifications with props to support you in other class types through your pregnancy.
