Jasmine Yeo
Yoga Teacher

In 2010, Jasmine discovered yoga amidst the chaos of a demanding career as a perioperative nurse. Her mat became her source of strength and solace as she navigated stress and irregular hours. Through consistent practice, yoga soon became her anchor, empowering her to navigate life's challenges with steadfast resilience and ease.

Driven by her own journey, Jasmine is passionate about sharing the profound benefits of yoga with others. Guided by the simple mantra of #moreyogaformorepeople, Jasmine welcomes students of all levels and backgrounds. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, she meets each individual with compassion and understanding, echoing Confucius' timeless wisdom: "It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop." She has almost a decade of teaching experience, and her classes are a refreshing respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and in moments where things get too serious, she often offers a lighthearted reminder to her students to stay in the present.

In 2023, Jasmine embraced a new role as a mother, deepening her appreciation for the transformative power of yoga. Motherhood taught her to savour each moment and embrace the journey one step at a time. Now, she hopes to empower women at every stage of life to prioritize self-care, mindfulness, and confidence.

Jasmine's classes encompass a wide range of styles, spanning from the foundations of Hatha yoga to the dynamic and invigorating sequences of Ashtanga Vinyasa. She also specialises in prenatal and postnatal yoga, tailored to support women through every phase of motherhood.
