Weekly Sessions

Mindfulness

Explore Mindfulness through three different variations each month: Movement, Breathwork and Meditation. Learn what constitutes a mindfulness practice: mindful walking, gentle movement, and breathing techniques will be introduced.

Art

Calm Canvas is an open art session where practitioners may express themselves creatively through various mediums with an unobstructed view of nature, providing both inspiration and a quiet space. You are welcome to bring your own materials.

Sound

Restore balance and activate your body’s natural healing abilities with our Sound Bath sessions. Instruments like singing bowls, chimes and steel drums may be used. Practitioners may choose to lie down or take seated meditation.

Connection

A monthly gathering of like-minded individuals for our Bloom & Flourish members. Enjoy the space with fellow members through conversation, and connection. Tea and light refreshments will be served during this monthly session, with different monthly themes to prompt inward reflection.
