Dive into "Yin to Zen," our 8-week online yin yoga class series perfect for modern urban dwellers. Yin yoga isn't your typical high-intensity workout; it's about slowing down, embracing stillness, and deeply connecting with yourself through poses that stretch your body, patience, and peace of mind.

Held every Wednesday for 75 minutes, these sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule, offering tranquillity and self-care amidst the hustle.

From the comfort of your home, join us in exploring the subtler side of yoga. "Yin to Zen" is tailored for everyone, aiming to enhance flexibility, circulation, and mental clarity. It's an invitation to pause, breathe, and realign with what truly matters.

This series is more than just yoga; it's a weekly checkpoint for your well-being, ensuring you stay grounded, balanced, and refreshed.

Every Wednesday, 8pm - 9.15PM, Online

Practise anytime: A recording of the live session will be sent to each registered participant for viewing after the LIVE session, for a period of 7 days.

CLASS OUTLINE

13 Mar - Limber Legs

Set the foundation for your wellness journey by focusing on your lower body. Through gentle yin stretches and mindful movements, unlock tension and promote flexibility in your legs, fostering a sense of lightness and freedom.

20 Mar - Healthy Hips

Delve deeper into your practice as we dedicate this session to nurturing your hips. Discover yin poses and techniques to improve hip mobility, release tightness, and enhance overall hip health, empowering you to move with greater ease and comfort.

27 Mar - Supple Spine

Set the foundation for your wellness journey by focusing on your lower body. Through gentle yin stretches and mindful movements, unlock tension and promote flexibility in your legs, fostering a sense of lightness and freedom.


3 Apr - Balanced Body

Delve deeper into your practice as we dedicate this session to nurturing your hips. Discover yin poses and techniques to improve hip mobility, release tightness, and enhance overall hip health, empowering you to move with greater ease and comfort.

  • Bryan is an Osteopathic physician who currently runs his own private practice, The PainFree Clinic, at the Novena Medical Center

    On top of his vast experience in treating and preventing musculoskeletal pain and injuries, he is also a certified yoga instructor after having gone through rigorous yoga teacher training with several highly respected yoga and meditation teachers, who strongly inspired him on his yoga journey.

    After completing his first two yoga teacher training programs, his desire to cultivate mental steadiness in his students propels his passion for delving into the study of osteopathic medicine by integrating healthy body alignment and breath awareness.

    With his practical understanding of human anatomy and movement and his nurturing love for yoga, he hopes to ride on this lifetime interest to help people integrate their body and mind.
