Dynamic Vinyasa Sequencing (60hr)
In this module, we explore the principles behind effective Vinyasa sequences that help students unlock their potential when it comes to challenging postures. Ignite your creativity as you explore different pathways and methods to sequence your Vinyasa class. Led by Teacher Trainers and Vinyasa Flow enthusiasts Joanne Ang & Meiyan Cheong.
Yoga & Tea: A YTT Sharing Session with Joanne Ang & Meiyan Cheong
Join our Teacher Trainers Joanne Ang & Meiyan Cheong in a 45min sharing session on our upcoming Yoga Teacher Trainings, followed by a 45min practice. Yoga Philosophy & Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras (60hr)
Delve into the rich and fascinating history and philosophy of yoga in this module. As we examine the essence of selected sutras from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, we will analyse and discuss the possible interpretations and their practical applications in real-life situations. Outdoor Family Yoga with Yoga Seeds
Join us in a complimentary outdoor Family Yoga session at Ficus Green in Bishan Park. A stone’s throw away from the Yoga Seeds shala, this session is held every second Sunday of the month to bring yoga to the community. Come home to nature with your loved ones.
200hr Yoga Teacher Training
This meticulously crafted foundational training course offers aspiring practitioners the quintessential toolkit to deepen their practice and find their unique teaching voice. Under the guidance of our experienced and passionate training faculty, you’ll explore the intricacies of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and asanas as well as learning to teach.

Having found the perfect base in signature Teepee-style tents at a new desert-themed glamping resort, we go on our yoga quest by the seawater lagoon and beach during the day. By night, we retreat to indulge in the never-ending discovery and beauty of thy self under the unbounded spaciousness of a clear, starry night sky. Led by Retreat Leaders Kimberly Kwa & Aldys Kong.

Learn and apply the concepts of Qi, the five elements (Water, Fire, Earth, Wood and Metal) and their corresponding Meridian lines according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Daoist (Yin/Yang) philosophy in Yin Yoga. Led by Lead Trainer Wendy Chan.
