Like the sunflower thriving despite harsh conditions, identify your stress triggers using the Gingerbreadman Body Scan and create a realistic personalised self-care plan, empowering you to grow and flourish with enhanced mental resilience and balance in your everyday life.

Steps of Growth: Mindful Walking Meditation

In this walking meditation, connect with each step, feeling the earth beneath you. Like the sunflower grounding, this practice allows you to become fully present and attuned to your sensations, cultivating your awareness of both your internal and external experiences.

Wendy is the founder and lead trainer of Yoga Seeds, where she curates and designs yoga curriculum, retreats, and workshops across Asia. With a background in both eastern and western philosophy, Wendy has explored the mind, body, and subtle energies, leading her to her true calling—teaching yoga and meditation. Her diverse training across yoga traditions offers a balanced approach to practice and spiritual development. Wendy is also an ambassador for Yoga Gives Back, organizing fundraisers and community classes. Her unique style blends Classical, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, drawing inspiration from her love of nature, diving adventures, and mountain hikes.

Hernie is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and professional psychotherapist with a background in art and education. Holding a Master’s in Visual Art and a Master’s in Counselling, she blends mindfulness with creative arts to enhance well-being. Hernie has been practicing mindfulness since 2012, using it as a tool for grounding and self-care throughout her global travels. Specializing in creative mindfulness and special education, she believes in the transformative power of non-judgmental self-expression through art. Hernie is certified to teach the Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) program and is passionate about helping others feel anchored in their body, emotions, and thoughts.

Amanda integrates music, arts, health, and wellness in her therapeutic services, empowering individuals and teams. With over two decades of experience as a musician, DJ, yoga teacher, sound healing practitioner, and decluttering consultant, she has led immersive sound healing experiences and wellness workshops for corporations, festivals, and retreats. Amanda holds a Master's in Arts Pedagogy and Practice from Goldsmiths, University of London, and is passionate about using arts and wellness to foster holistic growth and transformation.

Since 2019, Dannie has been dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. With over 30 years of corporate experience as a Strategic Corporate Training and Operations Specialist, he combines personal and professional growth in his approach to well-being. Dannie holds a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development and is a certified Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainer, practitioner, and coach, endorsed by the ABNLP and ICF. As a survivor of childhood trauma and clinical depression, he brings empathy and resilience to his work, specializing in empowering executives, entrepreneurs, youth, and influencers toward sustainable mental health practices.
