Habitual tension, a common side effect of our daily routines, is chronic stress that sits in our bodies, unnoticed, affecting how we feel physically, emotionally, and mentally.
In this most nurturing and nourishing style of Restorative Yoga, we intentionally release deep layers of tension by strategically positioning props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to safely support the body in various poses. This practice guides the body into a deep, mindful rest that replenishes and heals the body physically and mentally.
Delve into this 2-day training that emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and personalized support. The course cultivates mental tranquility and wellness through restorative yoga, providing a sanctuary for the body to rejuvenate and heal by inducing profound relaxation and reducing stress responses. With every supported pose, layers of tension dissolve, ushering in balance, rejuvenation, and restoration.
Throughout this hands-on immersive and experiential training, you will understand the essential principles and science of Restorative Yoga, and learn the artful skills of practising and teaching this healing and restful style of yoga.
