This session begins with a 75 minute Ashtanga yoga practice, followed by an optional 45 minute sharing session on our upcoming 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Trainings. You are welcome to choose to do the practice, just the sharing session, or do both!
Whether you are a practitioner hoping to deepen your practice, or hoping to learn to teach, a teacher training is an opportunity for a closer study of yoga beyond the physical practice on our mat. "Ashtanga" in Sanskrit refers to the eight limbs of yoga, one of the fundamental studies in philosophy. Ashtanga Vinyasa is the practice that we will be led through in this session, and this traditional practice leaves yogis feeling invigorated, uplifted, and refreshed.
If you have been curious about our trainings, and what sets us apart from the other yoga teacher trainings offered both in Singapore and overseas, we'd love to have you in our sharing session, which is a safe space for any questions you have - over tea, as promised. Our founder and lead trainer Wendy Chan, as well as some of the teachers on our experienced training faculty, will be around to cover training schedule, course content, and all things yoga.

All tickets for the Ashtanga practice are not refundable but they are transferable.
You may choose to sign up only for the sharing session, which is complimentary.
Please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before class for registration.
