This course is open to all levels, with no prior experience in breathwork or NLP required. About James McCauley

With over two decades of international experience in education and wellness, James McCauley is a Nervous System Coach, RYT500 Yoga Teacher, and Breathwork Instructor specialising in performance optimisation and emotional resilience through breathwork, NLP, and somatic practices. His practice utilises scientifically backed protocols to offer a comprehensive approach to wellness. Now based in Dubai, he offers nervous system coaching at Joint Space Dubai and collaborates with wellness centres across the city.

Fluent in Chinese, Spanish, and English, James brings a global approach to wellness, having led programs across Ireland, Spain, China, the Middle East, South Asia, and Latin America.
