Save an afternoon all to yourself to indulge in a moment of calm and join us for the "7 Mindful Cups of Mindfulness" meditation experience. Let's step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse ourselves in the zen appreciation of Chinese tea culture.
This unique meditation experience invites us to quiet our minds and appreciate the brewing and taste of Chinese White Tea—the purest form of tea in Chinese culture—in silence. Together, we’ll calm our minds, cultivate mental clarity, and nurture inner peace—a time to reconnect with ourselves and simply be.
Under the gentle guidance of our advanced tea master, Qi Xuan, we will:
• Learn about some basic types of Chinese tea with a focus on a few varieties of White Tea
• Witness an elegant and beautiful Chinese Tea Art Performance.
• Experience guided tea-drinking meditation through 7 freshly brewed cups of white tea to help us ground ourselves, find calm, and reconnect with our inner balance.
Tea meditation weaves together centuries-old rituals with the power of mindfulness. Through this practice, we'll uncover a path to true inner peace, expanded awareness, and a deeper connection to the present moment.
Come join us, leave the world behind for a while, and embrace the calming magic of this timeless practice!
