Along with our reopening, we celebrate our 11th anniversary with a myriad of new class types that will be on the schedule from 29 July onwards. Classes are going at a drop-in rate of $11 per class just for our reopening weekend.
We look forward to practicing with you in our refreshed space with a fuller schedule, more specialised class types, and our dedicated team of teachers.

Prenatal is a special experience incorporating yoga postures to support expecting practitioners in the pregnancy journey, labour and postpartum recovery. The intention of this class is to help you find nourishing movement, ease in your body, relaxation in the mind and connection with your baby through a combination of gentle flow movements and restful seated postures.
This class is open to all levels, and will equip you with any necessary modifications to support you in other class types through your pregnancy.
